Sales Specialist with German or Spanish or Arabic and English (Hybrid/Shifts)

For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue
growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for
a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist with German or Spanish or Arabic and English (Hybrid/Shifts).

Responsibilities:
*Manage high-volume sales interactions via phone, email, video, and social media;
*Identify key contacts using tools like Sales Navigator and desk targets;
*Transition qualified leads to onboarding for further customer engagement;
*Monitor and report on sales performance daily, monthly, and quarterly;
*Follow up with prospects promptly and maintain regular communication;
*Track and update customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce);
*Actively drive prospects through the sales pipeline to close.

Qualifications:
*Fluency in German or Spanish or Arabic and English, both written and spoken;
*Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in tech or advertising;
*Strong track record in identifying and growing budget opportunities;
*Digital advertising knowledge is a plus;
*Skilled in competitive sales strategies and securing new business;
*Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas;
*Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
