Sales Retention Maestro (Romanian/German & English)

For one of our clients – for a BPO company known for its great clients and exciting projects.
We’re looking for friendly, organized team players for the role of Sales Retention Maestro (Romanian/German & English).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Be a trusted advisor for customers in the sports sector;
* Look at player data to spot different user groups by their behavior, spending, and activity
levels;
* Design and run retention campaigns aimed at specific player groups (like new players, high
spenders, or inactive users);
* Build strong customer relationships through clear and engaging communication;
* Share feedback to improve how we work;
* Work as part of a team, helping out whenever needed;
* Provide great customer service while following company guidelines.

Requirements:
* Great communication and problem-solving skills;
* Fluency in either Romanian or German, plus English (both spoken and written;
* Team spirit and a positive attitude;
* Strong organization and decision-making abilities;
* Basic computer skills (MS Office knowledge is helpful);
* Experience in customer service or sales is a must.
