Sales Manager (Bulgaria)
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with major retail chains, including toy stores, book retailers, supermarkets, gas stations, and online marketplaces.
- Lead negotiations and secure product listings with chief buyers at key retail partners.
- Ensure strong product rotation and visibility across retail locations.
- Manage and process orders, monitor stock levels, and coordinate shipments from local and regional warehouses.
- Oversee financial aspects such as invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the regional team on marketing initiatives, including social media and promotional campaigns.
- Supervise warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and stock availability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and key account management within the retail sector in Bulgaria.
- Strong background in negotiating and securing product listings with major retailers.
- Ability to manage full-cycle sales operations, from order processing to stock management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong business development focus.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
