We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Associate to become part of our client’s team—a rapidly expanding company specializing in logistics services for e-commerce clients. Your role will be crucial in developing and enhancing their services!
What will you do?
- Actively communicate with clients via phone and email to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable logistics solutions.
- Manage orders, prepare offers, and monitor their execution.
- Work with internal systems and Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and annual goals.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in logistics or related services).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interactions over the phone.
- Basic or higher level of English (written and spoken).
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
- A driver’s license is a plus.
- Positive attitude, organizational skills, and a strong desire for learning and professional growth.
- NB! Work permit or EU passport is a must!
