Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with registration via phone, email, and chat
- Proactively engage with new client leads and convert them into active clients
- Collect information to identify client needs and recommend the most suitable products
- Clearly articulate the company's services to clients
- Provide necessary support and education to clients upon request
- Build and maintain customer relationships primarily through phone communication
- Demonstrate ambition in achieving both company and personal targets
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English – both verbal and written
- Previous sales experience in B2B, B2C, or a similar role is essential
- Must have a sales-driven and target-oriented personality
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, along with a high standard of work ethics
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
