We are looking for Retention agents with experience in the Fintech industry.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage future clients from all over the world, on the phone and email.
Implement effective sales techniques to qualify customers’ needs.
Negotiating and keeping a professional tone with prospective clients.
Explain in a relevant way the services of the company, both to people with advanced and no experience.
Staying informed with major world events and world’s economic situation.
Our Requirements:
Excellent level of French or Italian – Spoken and Written.
Good level of English language
At least 1 year of experience in Retention.
A person who is comfortable in communicating with people over the telephone.
Is motivated by the idea of making money in an environment where the bonuses are uncapped.
Is not afraid to be target-driven, both as an individual and as part of a team.
A team player, but also the ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure.
Fully Onsite work.

Amazing base salary, depending on GEO, experience, and general impression left on manager. (Тhe bonus is not included in the stated net salary.)
