Restaurant Chain Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing restaurant operations across multiple locations.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance – budgeting, cost control, and optimization.
- Developing the restaurant concept and ensuring service quality.
- Overseeing supply chain, pricing, and product quality.
- Leading and supporting restaurant teams while ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Maintaining effective communication with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understanding and engaging in kitchen processes when needed.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field (economics, hospitality, business management).
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Hands-on kitchen experience and knowledge of food preparation processes.
- Strong financial acumen – budgeting, cost control, and process optimization.
- Leadership skills, organizational abilities, and willingness to travel frequently.
- Proficiency in Bulgarian language is a must. Fluency in English is considered as an advantage.
