Reporting Analyst

For one of our clients – a multinational company offering consulting, technology, strategy and
operations services, we are searching for experienced, adaptable and analytically-minded
people for the role of Reporting Analyst.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Design, track, and analyze key organizational metrics;
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide metrics; * Deliver accurate and timely
ad hoc and standard reports;
* Ensure standard reports meet business needs and minimize custom requests;
* Oversee reporting applications and maintain reporting SLAs;
* Conduct performance analyses and root cause evaluations;
* Develop a cost-effective reporting strategy for all business entities;
* Support performance improvement efforts by analyzing data and recommending cost- saving strategies.

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in reporting or data analysis;
* Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools;
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights;
* Fluency in English;
* Experience with CRM systems and databases;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
