of Remote Ship to Invoice Expert with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Generating customer accounts in SAP;
* Keeping up with invoices, cash applications and collections;
* Providing help and support with control compliance operations;
* Keeping in mind product promotion rules when updating product catalogue;
* Making sure that issues that can’t be solved are forwarded to the more capable internal or
external parties for solutions;
* Taking care in providing the best possible costumer experience according to SLAs;
* Focusing on the First Contact Resolution and ensuring that costumers put in as little effort
as possible.

Requirements:
* Great fluency in German language;
* Skilled with English language;
* Excellent listening and understanding abilities;
* Skills with communicating, investigating and comprehending customer’s issues;
* Good Interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills, ensuring issue resolution during the
first call;
* Team player attitude and skills in collaborating and coordinating with colleagues;
* Skilled and knowledgeable PC user;
* Previous involvement with following applications will be considered an advantage: Account
Setup, Customer Inquiry, Service Request handling, Order Processing, Client Solutions,
Invoice Management and Collections and Cash applications.
