For one of our clients – is one of the largest companies in the world, dedicated to providing
outstanding products and services across the globe, we are searching for confident,
communicative and reliable people for the role of Purchase Services Coordinator German
and English - HYBRID.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business units to foster positive relationships and ensure effective STP
process implementation;
* Handle purchase requisition requests and create or amend Purchase Orders in line with
guided buying principles;
* Address Purchase Order-related inquiries via phone, email, and tickets, ensuring timely and
accurate resolutions;
* Analyze and document root causes of Purchase Order issues, providing appropriate
solutions;
* Support other team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment;
* Utilize technology tools and systems effectively for data management and service delivery;
* Initiate the creation of new supplier master data in SAP and manage related tasks as
needed;
* Ensure adherence to company policies and financial guidelines throughout all processes.

Requirements:
* At least 1 year in Procurement, STP, or Accounts Payable, preferably within a multinational
or Shared Services environment;
* Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
* Experience working with computerized systems and data management tools;
* Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on organization and time management;
* Proficiency in German is essential.
