Production Kitchen Supervisor - Dublin, Ireland
Quality Food Network have a role with immediate availability in its food production kitchen based in Ballycoolin-Dublin 15.
The successful candidates should have the ability to prepare and cook a range of foods and follow agreed recipes and supervise a small team. Experience in high volume food preparation or frying cooking is beneficial. This is a Factory Kitchen Facility and only prepares foods for trade/business customers (not open to the public).
Requirements:
At least 2 years previous experience in a similar environment, using good example to guide and supervise a small team.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be able to follow pre-determined recipes and meet daily targets by coordinating daily production schedules to meet customer demand and minimizing waste.
Must be comfortable working with Food Preparation Machinery
Strong understanding of safety regulations and experience in managing the HACCP food safety management system. Maintain production records, including batch records, HACCP logs, cleaning records etc.
Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
Ability to work on your own initiative and part of a team.
Awareness and proactive in enforcing good Health & Safety practices relating to the role.
