Currently, they are in search of a motivated professional to join the team and take over a crucial role in their growth team. A person to support the offering and sales operations teams based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Coordinator will be mainly involved in preparing project offers to clients. More info below:
Pre-sales Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
– Elaborate comprehensive business documentation in writing, e.g. offers, tender documentation, contracts;
– Coordinate and communicate with all parties involved in the offer prepration process;
– Process customer orders and arrange meetings with potential customers;
– Keep business correspondence through the pre-sales, sales and after-sales processes in a quality and timely manner;
– Work actively with pre-sales specialist within the commercial department;
– Use advanced business management tools like CRM/ERP, SharePoint, etc.
– Maintain client communication through email, phone, etc.
– Works on a hybrid mode – one week onsite and one week home office.
Requirements:
– Relevant University degree;
– Previous experience in back office operations, offer preparations, bid management support, etc.
– Ability to analyze and compile information from different sources of information and present it concisely in written;
– Customer and service orientation and attention to detail;
– Knowledge and understanding of the main business processes;
– Computer literacy and good skills in MS Word and MS Excel;
– Excellent English level.
