Terms according local negotiations. The salary is equal for everyone, so it’s the same as for permanent employees. After every 4 to 6 weeks, employees have 2 weeks back home and then go back on site.

- Responsibilities
installation, maintenance and service of various types of facilites, mainly private households.

- Remuneration
- Salary - 255 NOK per hour
- Tax/Deduction -based on length of the contract
- Working hours per week - 54
- Working days per week - 5 to 6
- Holiday= 12%
- Accommodation - free of charge
- Travel expenses - reimbursed by the employer upon arrival
