Introduction
As a Planning Coordinator, you play a vital role within the organization. Without you, no sampling or distribution tasks would be scheduled, and our sampling staff wouldn’t be able to perform their duties.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that transport vans, materials, and drivers are planned in an efficient and cost-conscious manner. You excel at maintaining an overview and are in daily contact with multiple stakeholders: farmers, drivers, and internal colleagues.
With excellent communication skills, you thrive on managing numerous contacts effortlessly. Your efforts ensure smooth operations where everyone knows what to expect and when. When planning, you consider various factors such as customer agreements, preferences, and deadlines. In short, you enjoy problem-solving and see these challenges as an exciting puzzle to tackle!
