- Build and sustain strong relationships with key partners in the country by maintaining proactive and consistent communication.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance partner growth through promotional negotiations, marketing initiatives, and improving menu metrics (e.g., sales, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate).
- Take charge of partner performance, analyzing key KPIs to ensure their growth. Prepare and present reports and dashboards to partners for operational improvements.
- Collect partner feedback and apply it to enhance products, marketing strategies, and operations.
- Onboard new partners by providing essential tools and information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the company.
- Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment that supports growth and development.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Partnerships or Account Management.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is advantageous.
- Excellent experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving, commercial, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a demanding environment.
- Data-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
