As a Partner Technical Solutions Consultant with Spanish and English, you will be a part of a great team and all together will:
- Assist partners with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via ticketing system and regular outbound calls
- Deliver outstanding partner service
- Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
- Identify and understand partner needs
- Work as a trusted point of contact for partners
As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in Spanish and English and able to demonstrate a high level of ownership, keen interest in technologies, and have excellent communication skills.
