Order-to-Cash Supervisor with German and English (Hybrid/ Shifts)

For one of our clients - а leading technology company offering innovative services in cloud,
AI, and engineering for diverse sectors, we are looking for – Order-to-Cash Team Leader
with German and English (Hybrid shifts).

Responsibilities:
*Manage escalations and serve as a coach, conducting training sessions;
*Drive process improvements and conduct FMEAs and RCAs;
*Lead a team of Analysts and SMEs, providing guidance and ensuring efficient operations;
*Ensure team meets targets for TAT, accuracy, and manage inquiries per metrics;
*Track and report performance through daily and monthly SLA/KPI reports.

Qualifications:
*Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal);
*Experience in Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or similar fields
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Excellent collaboration and team coordination abilities;
*Proven leadership experience with team management.

*The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, with a shift from 10:00 to 19:00 for half of the month.
