For one of our clients – a leading global IT & Business services company, we’re seeking an
enthusiastic and experienced Order-to-Cash Supervisor with German and English to
guide their talented team of OTC professionals. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a crucial part
in driving operational excellence while fostering a collaborative and high-performing
environment.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of Finance Operations Specialists, providing coaching,
training, and support to ensure top-notch performance;
* Be the Expert: Serve as the senior SME, offering guidance and insights to help the team
thrive;
* Drive Performance: Oversee operational deliverables, ensuring adherence to turnaround
times (TAT) and accuracy while managing inquiries according to agreed metrics;
* Innovate & Improve: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives
for transformation;
* Report & Analyze: Produce and manage daily and monthly SLA/KPI reports to track
performance and business metrics;
* Client Liaison: Act as mediator for client concerns regarding team performance or service
levels;

What We’re Looking For:

* Language Skills: Excellent command of both German and English (written and verbal);
* Experience: Background in Order Management, Master Data Management, Accounts
Receivable, Billing, Accounting/Accounts Payable, or Logistics;
* Interpersonal Skills: Good communication, issue resolution, and collaboration skills;
* Leadership: Proven experience in team management and coordination.
