Order Support Specialist with German and English

the role of Order Support Specialist with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling orders and returns, and giving the green light on pricing;
* Updating customer information, making changes to contracts, and keeping things current;
* Putting together reports and keeping records up to date in the system;
* Reporting on time and helping new team members get started;
* Working with everyone inside and outside the company to keep things running smoothly
and hitting targets;
* Staying professional in all tasks and following company guidelines.

Requirements:
* Fluent in German with decent English skills;
* At least a year in a similar job, preferably in order to collect;
* Detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow;
* Flexible, open-minded and friendly team player;
* Good with computers and MS Office apps.
