Order Support Specialist with German and English

For one of our clients well-established company in the customer experience management
field. We on a lookout for attentive, team-player and result-oriented individuals for the role of
Order Support Specialist with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle orders and returns processing;
* Verify orders and pricing accuracy;
* Manage customer details;
* Streamline team workflow for SLA and target achievement;
* Address escalations promptly and professionally;
* Provide timely, accurate performance reports to the management team.

Requirements:
* Great both written and verbal German and English;
* Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in an order-to-collect organization;
* Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
* Team player with a results/target-driven mindset, able to work independently;
* PC literate with a good command of the English language.
