For one of our clients well-established company in the customer experience management
field. We on a lookout for attentive, team-player and result-oriented individuals for the role of
Order Support Specialist with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer questions about contracts and provide timely feedback;
* Validate and enter contract details for activation or termination into ERP systems; handle
updates and calculate additional billing as needed;
* Communicate with internal teams and external partners for new activations and to resolve
issues in a timely manner;
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial regulations;
* Prepare and analyze reports, maintaining proper document retention;
* Review and improve work procedures for system maintenance, and train other Order
Management specialists.

Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal skills in French or German and English;
* Friendly and skilled in effective communication, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment;
* Previous experience in administrative roles or customer-facing positions is desired;
* Self-driven with a strong focus on organization;
* Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results, able to maintain efficiency with a low rate of errors;
* Committed to the success of the team and meeting deadlines;
* Confident in using MS Office applications.
