Are you an experienced professional in manufacturing operations? Our client is seeking a skilled Operations Manager / Workshop Manager to lead production strategies and optimize manufacturing processes.

📅 Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with the Engineering Team to analyze client requirements and define manufacturing strategies (Forging, Casting, Machining, NDT, etc.).
✅ Optimize internal and external Master Production Schedules (monthly, weekly, and daily planning).
✅ Validate and enhance production processes, ensuring smooth CNC operations with MasterCam and other CAM software.
✅ Ensure raw material availability and efficient workflow according to industry standards.
✅ Coordinate with Engineering and Purchasing departments to optimize cost and time for each project.
✅ Validate technical offers in collaboration with the Sales team.
✅ Lead weekly production meetings and generate production reports.
✅ Maintain clear communication with teams and clients, resolving any production issues.
✅ Support continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing.
Requirements:
🔹 Technical Skills: Advanced machine operation, MasterCam proficiency, Microsoft Suite, ERP systems (Synchro).
🔹 Industry Expertise: Customer specification analysis, production scheduling, industrial standards.
🔹 Soft Skills: Strong team player, excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, and technical curiosity.
🔹 Language: English (B2 level).
