are seeking detail-oriented and driven analytical thinkers for the role of Non-Voice User
Support Agent with French or German and English.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and review content to ensure adherence to guidelines;
* Investigate potentially harmful content and provide thorough assessments;
* Track and analyze content patterns, identifying emerging trends;
* Provide regular reports and updates to higher management;
* Stay up-to-date with internal policies and incorporate changes into daily tasks.
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over long periods;
* Objective and analytical mindset;
* Proficiency in French or German, and English (written and spoken);
* Interest in current events and pop culture, combined with excellent time management;
* Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
* Available to work night shifts.
