Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Consultant (Retail)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer business processes and requirements.
- Design customer-specific business management software solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) system.
- Test and document the designed solution.
- Participate and assist in customer‘s key users' training, acceptance tests, and go-live support.
- Maintain and support the implemented solution.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT, accounting, finances or related field.
- Experience as a consultant or end-user of business management software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV but is not a must.
- Proficiency in the setup and integration of retail-specific hardware such as POS systems, fiscal devices, e-scales, barcode scanners, etc.
- Previous ERP implementation and consulting experience would be a significant advantage.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Defined customer orientation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
