What Will You Do?
As a Load Coordinator for Transport, you will be responsible for coordinating the loading process in our warehouse. You will ensure that all goods are loaded efficiently and safely into trucks, so deliveries reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. Your role is critical to ensure that logistics processes run smoothly and that the right goods are loaded in the correct manner.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating the loading process for various trucks.
- Verifying that the correct goods are ready for loading and ensuring efficient and accurate loading.
- Collaborating closely with drivers and warehouse staff to maintain smooth flow of goods.
- Ensuring a safe work environment and adhering to safety regulations during loading.
- Maintaining loading lists and records to ensure accurate processing of shipments.
- Identifying any issues or deviations in the loading process and taking immediate action.
