Lead Python / AI Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead programmer for Python and AI-related projects.
- Desgn architectual solutions, and implove the technical strategies.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications using Python and advanced AI/ML frameworks like DSPY, LangChain, LangGraph
- Deploy and optimize LLM models in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Utilize and optimize vector databases to efficiently manage high-dimensional data in AI/ML applications.
- Build and optimize automated data processing pipelines to support AI workflows, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between AI systems and other software components.
- Continuously monitor and enhance AI system performance, troubleshooting issues to maintain high availability and efficiency.
- Facilitate the development and testing environments, ensuring they meet the needs of the development team.
- Collaborate with software teams to automate and streamline operational processes, boosting productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with AI, Cloud, and Python trends, recommending innovations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing AI-driven applications using Python and frameworks like DSPY, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Experience in architecture development.
- Experience in leading a team of engineers and projects.
- Proficiency in deploying and optimizing LLMs in production, along with experience in using and optimizing vector databases.
- Solid experience in automating data pipelines and developing RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
- Ability to monitor and optimize AI system performance and manage development/testing environments.
- A commitment to staying updated with the latest AI, Cloud, and Python trends, and applying them to enhance productivity.
