Translate AI is a translation platform that has successfully launched with numerous client accounts, including high-profile clients such as Spotify. With a strong pipeline of opportunities, we are dedicated to delivering accurate and reliable translation solutions to our existing and upcoming accounts. Accuracy of translations is a key differentiator and USP for Translate AI, making this role critical from a functional perspective.
Role Overview: The Language Training Lead will be responsible for driving and managing the accuracy of translations across all implementations. This global role will encompass all lines of business (LOBs) and support all 31 languages provided by Translate AI. The candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the highest standards of translation quality are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Function Management:
- Oversee translation accuracy across all LOBs and supported languages for clients such as Spotify and others.
- Training Coordination:
- Coordinate all tool and adviser training activities to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Create and update training content for both tools and advisers to maintain a high standard of translation accuracy.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration:
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure compliance with language audits and maintain the integrity of translation quality.
- Workforce Management Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Workforce Management (WFM) team to manage the roster of Translate AI adviser users, ensuring optimal resource allocation and availability.
