- A completed HLO education or equivalent level through experience.
- Extensive experience and expertise in laboratory work, preferably with immunocytochemistry and in situ hybridization.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Affinity with automation systems and a structured way of working.
- Competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving skills, initiative, and quality awareness.
- EU or Swiss passport or permit

- Responsibilities
As a First Analyst, you play a crucial role in our laboratory team. You are responsible for the quality of laboratory determinations and act as a technical point of contact for colleagues, researchers, and external parties. Your tasks include:
- Developing and improving laboratory techniques and implementing them in daily practice.
- Performing, checking, and authorizing analyses, including immunocytochemistry and in situ hybridization.
- Advising and supporting R&D projects and coordinating practical implementations.
- Training and supervising new colleagues and interns.
- Identifying and solving bottlenecks in laboratory processes.
