Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with key partners by maintaining proactive and consistent communication.
- Drive growth by developing and implementing strategies to enhance partner performance through promotional activies, marketing inivitatives and improcing assortment and pricing metrics.
- Take ownership of partner relationships end to end, including tracking key financial and operational metrics to ensure excellence and growth.
- Onboard new partners by providing the necessary tools and information to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Manage partner performance by analyzing key KPIs, preparing detailed reports, and tracking progress to ensure continuous month-on-month growth.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to increase visibility, leveraging marketing kits, merchandising, and co-branded activities.
- Collect partner feedback and apply it to improve products, marketing strategies, and operational processes.
- Build a strong network of external stakeholders to drive growth and long-term collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or Business Consultancy.
- Knowledge of the Retail or Grocery industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong data-driven mentality: able to make decisions based on data while applying business judgment when necessary.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex projects with broad stakeholder mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills: focused on identifying the root cause and driving solutions until completion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering results.
- Self-driven, with a natural bias for action, always pushing for progress and meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bulgarian.
