For one of our clients – a global leader in customer experience solutions and business
process outsourcing, we are searching for bright, adaptable and driven people for the role of
Junior Technical Helpdesk Advisor (German).
Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email;
* Take control of situations, make quick decisions, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently;
* Offer advice and information about client products and services, aiming to exceed
productivity and quality standards;
* Handle customer inquiries following established guidelines, escalating cases when necessary;
* Understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that meet performance
expectations;
* Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to ensure accurate and prompt updates to electronic records;
* Collaborate with colleagues, offering support and working as part of a team.
Requirements:
* Fluent in German (C1 level) and have strong English skills (B2 level);
* Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is an advantage;
* Adaptable to changes in products, processes, and technology;
* Reliable with a proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality;
* Computer literate and comfortable using multiple systems.

* Competitive salary package with additional financial incentives;
* BGN 290 net bonus after the training period, based on attendance;
* Bonus of up to 5% after the third month in operations;
