Main responsibilities:
Analyzes several product groups and participate in development of the Product Strategy and Portfolio Management
Researches and analyzes data on product positioning, pricing, performance, sales forecasts and performance analysis
Collect information about the competition, including product portfolio and price levels
Works with various departments in relation to planning, implementation and development of product strategies
Works on projects assigned by the immediate supervisor
Creates reliable forecasts for upcoming campaigns, achieving targets for sales
Supporting the management of the monthly reports on performance, makes regular selection of products for periodical trade brochures, supports the activities of the team in presenting the products online and offline
Initiates, coordinates and assigns to the marketing department the necessary marketing activities to promote and enforce the products
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position / preferably in Retail/ FMCG industries/
University degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or relevant
Strong communication skills, creativity, well organized
Analytical and results-oriented capacity to process and analyze data
Ability to reliably follow and analyze large amounts of data
Strong skills to create concise and clear reports and forecasts
Experience with reporting processes standardization and digitalization
Computer Literacy - Full MS Office (MS Excel is a must)
Experienced in different sales forecast models
