For one of our clients – a global giant, operating in many field, famous for their many
products and service. We are looking for detail-oriented, skilled and dedicated individuals for
the role of Junior Payroll Administrator with German and English (Hybrid model).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage, update, and verify HR data in systems like SAP HRM, SF EC, and ASES,
ensuring compliance with all regulations (preparing contracts and processing payroll,
payments, reimbursements, deductions, and other financial benefits);
* Handle error logs for absences, maintain illness records in SAP and ASES, prepare and
forward necessary reports and ensure submission of required documents;
* Prepare, compile, and distribute appraisal forms, data, statistics, certificates, and
notifications to relevant agencies (e.g., health insurance, tax offices, employment offices).
* Support administrative tasks in company integration management;
* Process, book, and monitor incoming and outgoing payments;
* Verify, transfer, and reconcile payroll data with the SAP FIBU system;
* Prepare relevant documents for preliminary entry in the financial accounting system;
* Conduct account reconciliations and prepare balance statements for monthly and annual
financial reports.

Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English;
* No experience required, however basic knowledge of or prior work experience in human
resources could be an advantage;
* Good IT skills (skilled with MS Office, SAP HR, SAP SF EC, time management systems,
ServiceNow…);
* Education in accounting, finance, marketing, office management or general business
administration;
* Driven and accurate, fond of administrative work;
* Organized, skilled at prioritizing and attentive to details.
