We are seeking a Junior Buyer for wholesale of cosmetic products. Our client is a well-established company with over 15 years of experience, based in Sofia, and is looking for a candidate with ambition to grow in the field of trade and sales.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in functions such as /sum/if / round/ vlookup / conditional formatting / filters/ table /
- High proficiency in written and spoken Bulgarian
- Experience with sales software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong administrative abilities
- Bachelor's degree required
- EU passport
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce platforms
- Product knowledge, including brands and items
- Conduct regular inventory checks
- Negotiate with suppliers and source competitive prices
- Update offers and report to management
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery
- Identify new sourcing channels
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers and traders
- Update and manage the customer database
- Resolve issues arising from day-to-day tasks
- Prepare reports on performance metrics
