For one of our clients – an international company, offering comprehensive customer
experience outsourcing services and solutions, we are searching for passionate, tech-savvy
and eager problem-solvers for the role of  IT Support Agent with German (Entry Level).

Essential Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, and fax to resolve technical, formal, and administrative issues;
* Diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems, such as device settings, software inquiries, scan-to-email issues, and driver configurations;
* Registering printers for repair or exchange and offering support to on-site technicians;
* Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the tools provided;
* Escalating complex issues to second-level support or supervisors when needed;
* Updating the customer database and ensuring proper follow-up for further contacts or
campaigns;
* Meeting daily attendance schedules and adhering to predefined service guidelines.

Requirements:
* Fluency in German (for daily support) and English (for training and system use);
* Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent problem-solving skills for both hardware and
software issues;
* A passion for providing great customer service and resolving inquiries effectively;
* Organized and thorough in documenting activities and maintaining customer history;
* Collaborative approach and eagerness be of service to the team.

Our client offers:
* Comprehensive initial training (during the first 5 weeks) and full support to help you be
successful in the role;
* Standard working time (Mon-Fri, 09-18h) initial training follows the same schedule;
* Full-time employment and paid days off;
* Additional bonus after the training period, based on attendance (290BGN net);
* Performance bonus (up to 5%, starting after your third month in operations and up to 25%
after your third month of employment);
* Welcome Bonus: €500 after completing your third month;
* Supporting the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland);
