For one of our clients – a world-renowned company, known for their collaborations with top
clients in the customer experience field. We are on the lookout for determined, organized and
responsible individualsfor the role of Hybrid Backoffice Support with Dutch, German or
French and English - PTE option available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide amazing client service and ensuring high-quality customer experience;
* Assess and addressing customer inquiries;
* Handle product support needs and troubleshooting issues;
* Offer timely, clear and easy-to-follow solutions;
* Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements:
* Impressive communication and interpersonal skills;
* Fluency in Durch, German or French and good English skills;
* Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks;
* Team-player attitude and eagerness to learn and improve;
* Determined, responsible and excited to work on 24/7 shifts.
