HR Expert

Our client is a leading international manufacturer and part of a German holding group encompassing renowned brands in the sporting goods industry. The company has operated in Bulgaria for over 20 years, specializing in producing textile components for ski boots. The production cycle is fully integrated within the holding, with final assembly and additional production taking place in Italy, Poland, Germany, and China. They have over 200 employees working in their Bulgarian site, located in Novi Iskar, near Sofia.

As the company continues to grow, they are currently seeking an experienced HR Expert to support key HR and administrative functions.


HR Expert

Responsibilities:

– Conducts research and analysis on workforce needs and organizational structural changes;
– Collaborates on preparing budgets for personnel-related expenses, including salary forecasts, social benefits, and training and development costs;
– Acts as a trusted consultant for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentation;
– Facilitates communication with external accounting teams and ensures the timely provision of necessary HR information;
– Oversees documentation and reporting of planned expenses for procurement from local suppliers;
– Establishes and maintains effective communication with relevant government institutions.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics);
– Proven expertise in HR management and budgeting, with experience in production environments considered a plus;
– Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor laws and regulations;
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
– A team player capable of providing guidance and leadership;
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related tools;
– Fluent in English.
