Hotel Manager

Our client is a luxurious apart-hotel, located on Bulgaria’s Southern Black Sea coast, operating seasonally and providing an engaging environment for hospitality management. The resort features a range of luxury accommodations and extensive amenities, including lush gardens, a spacious beach, and multiple dining venues. To deliver top-tier guest experiences and smooth hotel operations, the hotel is looking for an experience:


Hotel Manager


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all hotel departments ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize occupancy rates.
• Oversee the maintenance, housekeeping, and overall appearance of the aparthotel.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the property.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment with high team morale.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to boost bookings and promote seasonal offers.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports on property performance, revenue management, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a non-urban setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Problem-solving ability to address operational challenges and guest issues effectively.
• Willingness to reside on-site for six consecutive months each year.
• Fluent English.
