team-players for the role of Help-desk Representative with Hungarian and English (PTE or FTE) Hybrid.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers with issues and answering questions via tickets or calls;
* Providing support, listening closely and offering the case-specific solutions;
* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a high-quality experience;
* Reporting on noted issue trends and frequent questions;
* Working as a part of a team and striving to maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
* Open-minded and driven to be of service and provide the best experience and results;
* Fluent Hungarian and great English language skills;
* Awesome communicating skills and bright and positive approach to customers;
* Familiarity with main operating systems features is a plus;
* Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team.
