For one of our clients – a well-establish company offering services, products and solutions in
the BPO field. We looking for friendly, driven and flexible communication enthusiasts the role
of Help Desk Assistant with Slovenian – Remote/Part-time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a friendly helper for the customers and assist via various channels;
* Helping customers with all sorts of questions and issues;
* Providing advice and information about company’s products and services;
* Being on your best behaviour and striving to leave a positive impression on the customer;
* Following company’s rules and guidelines while preforming your tasks.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Slovenian (C1) and English (B2), knowing more than one of these languages
is an advantage;
* Friendly and driven to provide a high-quality experience;
* Flexible and able to think on your feet;
* Strong PC user skillet and a knack for social media;
* Experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus.
