For one of our clients, a licensed bullion and precious metals dealer, we seek a German-speaking Client Advisor.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Clients: Qualify leads, build trust, and strengthen relationships over the phone.
- Attract New Clients: Help grow our customer base while keeping current clients satisfied.
- Provide Support: Answer questions, resolve issues, and guide clients through the company products.
- Stay Organized: Track interactions in their system for smooth follow-ups.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your team for shared success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in German.
- Good knowledge of English
- Customer Support or sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
