General Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the daily operations od the production site, ensuring optimal workflow and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance production qiality and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
• Oversee administrative functions, including staff management, production scheduling and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong cmmunication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
• Implement best practices in production planning and process optimization.
• Ensure a welll-organized and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
• University degree;
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the agri-food manufacturing industry;
• Strong leadership and people management skills;
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities;
• Strong ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions;
• Familiarity with production planning, supply chain management, and quality control processes;
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence;
• Flexibility to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• English language proficiency.
