For one of our clients, a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Expert in Non-Life Insurance.
Role Overview:
As a Expert in Non-Life Insurance, you will be at the forefront of our client’s product initiatives, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception through to market success. You will work closely with different teams, including marketing, and sales, to ensure that products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and the management of product performance to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in the management and development of the product roadmap within an agile framework
- Participate in Product Committee governance activities, including product testing and strategic direction
- Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring timely and successful rollouts
- Take ownership of product profitability and commercial success, including the business case
- Deliver insightful analysis on product performance and market trends to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to emphasize key differentiators and messaging
- Prepare and manage requirements related to IT implementation, decision-making processes, and other relevant requests
- Support product analysis and ongoing monitoring of the product portfolio
- Develop internal normative documents, including general and special conditions, and methodological guidelines for insurance contracts
- Contribute to the design of customer journeys and the implementation of product regulations
- Assist with market intelligence activities and other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field
- Familiarity with the insurance market and regulatory framework
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Excellent analytical skill
- Proficiency in English
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
