For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Digital
Sports Support Specialist with German and English (Part-time).

Responsibilities:
*Offer top-notch support to virtual sports platform users;
*Address customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly;
*Assist users with navigating games and betting systems;
*Ensure satisfaction by providing fast and accurate solutions;
*Keep a professional, friendly attitude when dealing with concerns;
*Report technical issues or bugs to the team for quick fixes.

Qualifications:
*Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written);
*Passionate about virtual sports, gaming, and tech;
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
*Able to stay calm and professional with challenging customers;
*Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams;
*Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
