Data Scientist
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy reinforcement learning, supervised, and unsupervised machine learning models, as well as artificial intelligence solutions.
- Work across diverse modeling domains, including credit risk, churn prediction, segmentation, sales optimization, and collection optimization.
- Create state-of-the-art predictive models with no restrictions on the modeling techniques used, and actively participate in their deployment into production environments.
- Gain hands-on experience in the full machine learning project lifecycle, including problem definition, data collection, data wrangling, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop and leverage fully automated systems for model and business monitoring.
- Design and utilize tools to enhance productivity, such as automated model documentation and result presentation frameworks.
- Communicate and present results effectively to C-level stakeholders across various businesses.
- Have the opportunity to make decisions and directly impact the operations and financial outcomes of the businesses.
- Explore potential career growth to the position of Data Science Team Leader.
Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalent qualification with a strong focus on numerical disciplines.
- Еxperience in the analytics field, including machine learning model development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in machine learning, such as R or Python.
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL or equivalent.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or similar.
- Ability to work confidently with and integrate data from diverse sources, including relational and non-relational databases, CSV and Excel files, XML, and JSON formats.
- A proactive attitude toward learning and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
- Experience in project management will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken.
