Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone for the leading European telecom provider, the #1 brand in Germany and Europe
- Managing customer queries related to internet, phone, and TV services
- Focusing on selling additional services and products to existing customers
- Providing fast, expert, and friendly responses
Qualifications
- You have excellent German skills (B2 - C1 level).
- You are ready to join us at one of our offices in Soifa, Plovdiv or Varna
- You are curious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ideally, you have experience in the BPO/Contact Center or Sales industry.
- You are flexible and available for shift work, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- You have outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
- You enjoy helping customers and contributing to team success.
- You possess an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
