Customer Relations Officer

For our client, a company in the financial services sector, specializing in trading various financial instruments, we are looking for professional to join their expanding team on the position:

Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are right addressed.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Business or Computer Sciences
  • Experience in the Forex industry.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent English skills plus other language (Japanese/Spanish/German/French)
  • MS Excel – excellent knowledge
