Customer Consultant with Polish and English

For our newest client in Sofia, one of the most positive and globally recognized manufacturers of confectionery, and food products, we are looking to hire a Customer Consultant with Polish and English.

Your main tasks as a customer consultant will include:

Show empathy and focus to customers while resolving issues in a timely manner;
Come to independent decisions considering compliance with the processes and regulations;
Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
Multitask in fast paced environment ;
Ability to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes;
Chase and follow-up – bring things to resolution;
 

Qualifications

Fluency in Polish and English – both written and spoken;
Attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills;
Analytical mindset and strong problem solver;
Confident, dynamic, and creative professional;
