We’re currently seeking a seasoned Crypto Product Manager to join a leading crypto exchange in Bulgaria, to spearhead projects at the intersection of finance and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Risk & Compliance Management: Oversee and ensure compliance across crypto exchange operations, managing risk effectively
- Platform Security: Work with our technology providers to enhance platform security and functionality, staying ahead of industry standards
- Project Leadership: Drive key initiatives that align with business objectives, optimizing risk management and operational efficiency
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to establish and implement best practices in exchange security
- Industry Insights: Generate reports and insights on blockchain trends and developments relevant to the crypto market
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in project management within a crypto exchange environment
- Risk Management: Proven track record in risk management, especially in collaboration with technology vendors
- Blockchain Expertise: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
- Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields
- Experience with blockchain data analysis and reporting tools
- Solid knowledge of cryptographic principles and security measures
