About this role
As part of our global team, you will play a key role in ensuring we have enough drivers to meet our growing needs. You’ll also help continuously improve our recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- You support our courier recruiters with administrative and organizational tasks
- You contact couriers to verify their documents, check work permits, confirm key details, and ensure all necessary information is complete
- You assess couriers' motivation, answer their questions, and provide clear insights into the job expectations
- You use Google Workspace and Salesforce to maintain and update our database
- You collaborate closely with various departments both locally and globally
What will you bring to the table?
- Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English - you’re confident in handling phone calls and explaining things clearly
- Previous experience in recruiting or customer service is a plus, but we’re also open to transferable skills from other fields
- A proactive, organized, and structured way of working ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and you keep the recruitment process running smoothly
- You are familiar with MS Office/Google Suite and, ideally, have experience working with an ATS
This position is initially fixed-term for 6 months, with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
