Role Overview:
As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and executing internal and external communications initiatives that inform, engage, and inspire our employees and customers. You will also assist in developing and delivering content, organizing events, and producing materials that reflect Yettel's values, culture, and strategic priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation of internal content, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, event scripts, and internal news articles.
- Supporting the planning and organization of internal and external events and activities to engage employees and media.
- Conducting interviews with employees and drafting profiles and stories that showcase our people, achievements, and initiatives.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather information, coordinate communication materials, and align messaging.
- Supporting video production and multimedia projects for internal platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Managing internal communication channels, including intranet updates, email announcements, and internal social media posts.
- Assisting in drafting messages for senior leaders and ensuring consistency in tone, style, and alignment with Yettel’s values.
- Collecting feedback on communication initiatives and suggesting improvements to enhance engagement and clarity.
- Ensuring that all internal communication materials are clear, concise, and aligned with company policies and objectives.
We expect from you:
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role is required.
- Writing and Editing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to produce clear, engaging content for a variety of audiences.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and professionalism in all communications.
- Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable working with employees across all levels of the organization; able to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to changing requirements, with a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
